The odds of going to the store for a loaf of bread and coming out with only a loaf of bread are three billion to one. ~Erma Bombeck

This is why my hubbins does alot of the shopping.

The man is a hunter, a pilot, a surgeon. He knows his mission and goes in determined to accomplish his goal, he is relentless when it comes to shoping. and THIS is why I don't go shopping with him.

You see I like to go to destress, to relax, to celebrate, sometimes to treat my self. Its time out for mom..hence my reason for having a very short list of peopel I will go shopping with. ( my husband and young children are not on that list) . Unfourtunetly my list mean nothing in my home and the other night my hubbins and one daughter who I will not name but her name sounds like Mantha and myself went to target, I'm not sure what brought us there but as we walked in the store the huge red Target hanging from the ceiling caught my eye and whispered my name I slowly eased away so I could do little "me time" .I drifted from isle to isle trying to appear as if the temptation to buy new fluffy towels with a matching shower curtain was not an issue and eventually the inevitable happened..they found me.

I don't know how I got there but when the fog lifted I was face to face with hubbins and the child "Mantha" I quickly lunged towards my favorite shampoo " Good thinking" I thought but I couldn't fool my daughter ( she learned her shopping smarts from moi) ) I was buying necessities after all but she immediately chastized me .

"Mom !! I can't believe you would spend that much on shampoo thats crazy, I bought some of the same stuff at the salon once because I loved it and I decided to compare the ingredients with a cheaper brand and I had a cow! It was the same stuff but cheaper, put that stuff down mom!"  I asked her which shampoo it was thinking her argument made sense and she sheepeshly said " I dont know I forgot, but don't spend that much on shampoo!" I grumbled and walked away as I thought about how nice and soft and healthy my hair would feel with my new bottle of shampoo. As we made our way to the check out I thought , "Ill just come back alone tomorrow and get it..."

Well I did but I didn't get it.

Instead I thought about what she said and remembered the few times that I found other products to have the same ingredients as high end stuff I loved... but for allot less.
So I decided to meet the4 challenge and looked at several bottles and the claims they had and then thought about what I really wanted for my hair and made a leap of faith..I switched from Bumbble and Bumble to Suave. Bumble runs about 15.00 dollars a bottle and worth every cent, Sauve Sleek cost about 1.97 and the results are the same if not better!

I have to say I haven't liked a new shampoo so much in a loooong time. As I age ( gasp!,that was painful) my hair is dryer , coarser , duller but this shampoo and conditioner has given it a new life !! It feels like it did when I was 25 years old! I'm serious. Its soft and shinny and full. My hair looks sleek and vibrant and I just LOVEIT! and I love the price! I can save the money for ....nah...
